POSTAGE & HANDLING INFORMATION

How long will delivery of my order take?

All of our packages are sent via Australia Post.

We ask that you please allow 3 - 5 business days once your payment has cleared for us to get your order packed up and lodged with Australia Post.

Please visit the Australia Post website to estimate your delivery times. We post all orders from postcode  4517 so enter your postcode on their site for an estimated delivery time.

By placing an order with us, you have agreed to the postage information terms and conditions.

 Tracking information:

Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email (which will include your tracking information for Express Post, no tracking will be included for Standard Postage.)

Evie Jean Collection will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the information sent. If you have any questions in regards to your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 during business hours.

30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

We pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, which ensures your Evie Jean Collection shopping experience is a great one.

We understand that sizes may vary between styles so we offer a 30 day exchange policy on all full priced items purchased (the exchange amount will not include postage)

A store credit or exchange is available from 30 days from your date of purchase. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our earrings for change of mind.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice on sale items. To avoid any disappointment or confusion please read our returns terms and conditions in full before making your purchase.


Items must be in original and in saleable condition. The garment/s must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any marks (i.e. dirty, makeup marks, fake tan or any other markings or stains) cannot be returned. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or similar impregnated will not be accepted back. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our exchange timeframe of 30 days.
We will contact you if the item is out of stock once your exchange is received.


We recommend sending exchange parcels via registered post/express post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your exchange items.

Consumer Guarantees:
Our change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we could choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Items returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time frame subject to proof of purchase.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please treat your earrings with care. If dropped or stored incorrectly, they may break or become damaged in some way.

Follow these helpful tips:

Store accessories in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate boxes or in an earring holder/stand.

Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and moisturisers as this may damage your jewellery.

Your jewellery does not like to get wet! So please remove it BEFORE you enter water!

Please treat your new jewellery with kindness and clean them with a jewellery polishing cloth.
