How long will delivery of my order take?

All of our packages are sent via Australia Post.

We ask that you please allow 3 working days once your payment has cleared for us to get your order packed up and lodged with Australia Post.

Please visit the Australia Post website to estimate your delivery times. We post all orders from postcode 4517 so enter your postcode on their site for an estimated delivery time.

By placing an order with us, you have agreed to this postage information terms and conditions.

Tracking information:

Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information Evie Jean Collection will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regard to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 during business hours.
