Refund policy
We pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, which ensures your Evie Jean Collection shopping experience is a great one.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our earrings for change of mind.
We will gladly accept returns on all full priced purchased clothing items, excluding change of mind for sale items.
Items must be in original and in saleable condition. The garment/s must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any marks (i.e. dirty, makeup marks, fake tan or any other markings or stains) cannot be returned. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or similar impregnated will not be accepted back. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
We will contact you if the item is out of stock once your exchange is received.
We recommend sending return / exchange parcels via registered post/express post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Consumer Guarantees:
Our change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we could choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
Items returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time frame subject to proof of purchase.
